Program Inclusions

• Round-trip airfare from your nearest major local airport.

• Round-trip ground transportation between the Airport and Ritz Carlton Hotel in Grand Cayman during dates of program only.

• Hosted group meals as listed on the program agenda.

• Hotel accommodations (room, tax, and resort fee) at Grand Cayman Ritz Carlton Hotel for the nights of the program, June 15 – 19, 2025.

• Two activities for you and your hosted guest.

• Gratuities for bellmen and housekeeping services, during the days of the program.

Program Exclusions

• Non-hosted activities while in Grand Cayman.

• Parking or transportation to/from your home to your local airport.

• Pre- and post-extensions at the hotel.

• Changes to your ticketed itinerary.

• All international phone room charges, laundry, gift purchases, meal and beverage charges outside of hosted events, room service, movies, or other personal charges during stay.

• Housekeeping gratuity during, pre, or post-extension.

Eagle Materials will host you and one adult guest.

Children and additional guests, while we love them, are not allowed.

For U.S. citizens traveling to Grand Cayman, the passport requirements are as follows:

1. Valid Passport: You must have a valid U.S. passport. It should be valid for the duration of your stay.
2. No Visa Required: U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 30 days.
3. Return Ticket: You may be asked to show proof of a return or onward journey.
4. Health Documentation: Depending on current regulations, you might need to provide proof of vaccinations or complete health screening forms.

Always check the latest travel advisories and requirements before your trip, as they can change. Remember to make sure you have a valid passport early. Routine processing can take 10-12 weeks, while expedited processing (for an additional fee) usually takes 5-7 weeks.

Proceed with your individual registration.

We would advise that you register your guest ASAP. Keep in mind that while your reservation will secure your hotel room and allow us to list you for the activities you select, until you have the name of this person, you will not be able to book both flights. This means that booking seats next to each other or even on the same flight cannot be guaranteed as they will not be on the same record locator.

A series of questions will be asked within the registration page within the Registration Tab.

All air arrangements should be made through this website and not our corporate agents. Following the submission of your registration a proposed itinerary will be sent to you from emgc2025@travelinc.com for your approval. Please review your itinerary carefully and reply with your ticketing approval or request for changes. Once approved, a confirmation will be sent.

We will make every effort to accommodate your requests for a preferred carrier, as well as extensions and deviations.

While the registration deadline is February 21, preferred flights and activities fill up very rapidly. Registering as quickly as possible is advisable so that you can have a better chance of obtaining and confirming your preferred flights and activity.

No. All flights must be booked via our registration page. If you book outside of this site, you will not be reimbursed.

The program air agents will arrange air transportation for you and your guest from the airport closest to your home city to Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) at the available round trip coach airfare. Return air transportation will be arranged from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) to the airport closest to your home city. Do not book travel through our corporate agent. It will not be reimbursed.

Yes. You may book flights outside of the program dates, however, please be certain there is availability at the hotel (or your choice of other accommodations) before you book your flights. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost and any fees that may apply for the extension. 

Yes. In most cases, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Any cost associated with changes made after the booking will be your responsibility.

Eagle Materials will pay for a coach class ticket for you and one guest. If you choose to upgrade your ticket, please request this in your registration. If you prefer to upgrade using miles, please contact your carrier directly once the tickets have been issued to you.

You will be responsible for the charges incurred if your request for a specific itinerary result in an additional cost. Any additional fees incurred due to upgrading are the responsibility of the traveler. You will be required to furnish the agent with a personal credit card for any additional charges for the upgrade, if available.

Eagle Materials had reserved ocean front rooms for all attendees. There are no room upgrades available for purchase for this program.

If you are arriving or departing outside our Celebration dates, special group rates may apply for up to 3 days pre-arrival (June 12) and 3 days post-departure (June 22). Rates are based upon availability. The negotiated group rate is $750++ per night for ocean front rooms. If you are interested in staying extra nights at the hotel, please indicate your interest when signing up for the trip. Be sure to inquire before booking flights.

Yes, gratuities for porterage and housekeeping will be taken care of by Eagle Materials over the program dates.  

If you are extending your stay pre or post, housekeeping and bellmen gratuities are at your discretion for those additional nights.

Ground transportation will be provided from the Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) 4 miles to the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman on June 15 and from the resort back to the Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) on June 19 only.

ARRIVAL:

Upon arrival into the airport in Grand Cayman, please proceed to the baggage claim area. Please look for staff holding Eagle Materials welcome signage. Travel time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes.

DEPARTURE NOTICES:

Departure notices will be delivered to your hotel room 2 days prior to your departure, informing you of your scheduled hotel departure time.

NOTE:

If you are traveling outside the program dates, you will be responsible for arranging your own ground transportation and the associated costs.

No, Eagle Materials will not cover these expenses.

Resort casual attire is appropriate for all daytime and evening activities. A sport coat will not be required for any event. Please be certain to bring a light sweater or jacket in case of unexpected weather or outdoor evening functions. Women are encouraged to wear flats or low, wedge-type heels to the evening events as they will be on the beach.

Hosted activities are offered daily. Eagle Materials is proud to sponsor two activities each for you and your guest. Participation in Eagle Materials hosted activities is voluntary.

Additional activities can be booked through the hotel concierge at your own expense.

The major Cellular Carriers offer cost effective plans so that you may continue to use your mobile phone while traveling in the Caymans. We recommend you sign up with your individual carrier prior to departing on the trip.
